Good communication skills - both written and verbal in English and Hindi.
Strong problem-solving skills and do data analysis
Strong hands-on and practical working experience with at least one scripting language like Python, Pearl, Shell, Ruby, etc.
Hands-on experience working with SQL Databases and Linux platform is a must
Good to have - C/Java/C++/C#
Strong technical aptitude and a good knowledge of CS fundamentals.
Coding skills will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in ecommerce domain will be a plus.
Proficient in Excel and basic functions to do data analysis
Willingness to work on weekends, and outside of the standard work day when required.
Self-driven and motivated to work in a high-energy environment.
Ability to handle ambiguity and stakeholder management.
