In depth knowledge of IT Reporting Preparing Minutes of the meeting, Coordinating between the Client & IT Team.
Coordinating and Creating IT reporting (Service desk/IT Procurement)
Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS)
MIS reporting to management on a daily basis
Preparation of special adhoc reports
Preparing and updating monthly KPI data
MIS report and data analysis
Take measures to improve/enhance MIS data reports
Any Graduate/ IT Diploma Holder (BCA/ B.Sc IT / B.Sc Comp Sci)
2-3 years experience into IT reporting (Service desk/ IT Procurement)
Understanding of IT terminologies and workings (Switch/ Routers/ Uptime/ Incidents).
Good knowledge of MS office (Advanced Excel/ PowerPoint etc.)
Good communication skills English, Hindi.
Salary: INR 2,75,000 - 4,00,000 PA.
