Employee Benefits management - maintaining leave records, Leave encashment, Medical
Reimbursement, Medi-claim, Salary Advances, Employee Bonus & Employees birthday
Employee grievance handling
Employee Satisfaction Surveys, encourage maximum participation, help analyze and explain results, and
facilitate action planning exercises, follow-through on action plans
Planning, scheduling and conducting training programs for employees growth and cross skill.
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 PA.
