Job Description

Jo Responsibilities :

Supporting new business growth through large scale talent acquisition for time bound go live
Responsible to manage and coordinate with consultancies on all the active job requirements
External campaigns and platforms management for talent acquisition
End to end ownership of the internal job posting process. This covers posting jobs, designing and
administering selection rounds
Planning and timely completion of midyear and annual performance reviews
Employee Benefits management - maintaining leave records, Leave encashment, Medical
Reimbursement, Medi-claim, Salary Advances, Employee Bonus & Employees birthday
Employee grievance handling
Employee Satisfaction Surveys, encourage maximum participation, help analyze and explain results, and
facilitate action planning exercises, follow-through on action plans
Planning, scheduling and conducting training programs for employees growth and cross skill.

Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 PA.
