  • Customer Satisfaction.
  • Hands on experience of EXCEL.

Roles & Responsibility 
  • Managing Customer emails, Activation's, Invoice related issues & back-office operations.
  • Incident Management for resolving queries with different IT teams.
  • Maintains daily issue tracker.
  • Completion of cases with highest quality standard.
  • Manage Escalation of technical issues.
  • Coordination with cross functional team.
  • Working as part of the team to ensure the department offers World Class
  • Customer Service at all times.

Job Description : 
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi Mandatory
  • Graduate / Undergraduate, Freshers/Experienced both can apply
  • Day shift for Female candidates and Rotational shift for Male candidates
  • Salary upto 16k, with Fixed Bonus.
  •  Work location - Yerwada
