Excellent command on English and Hindi language both verbal and written.
Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
People Management Skills required.
Good knowledge of MS Office Package.
Strong communication skills - convey information effectively.
Ability to meet or exceed targets while under pressure from your team members.
The ability to listen to and understand the query of the team members.
Independent thinker who takes initiative and exercises a certain degree of creativity and latitude.
Planning and Target Oriented.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Meeting target number of outbound calls/Inbound calls and call monitoring as required from the team members.
Getting the report from the team members in a timely manner.
Familiarity with standard capital market concepts, procedures and regulatory framework.
Providing adequate training for the team members.
Experience and Education:
Undergraduates can Apply.
Minimum of 1 plus year of experience as Team Leader on paper.
Preferably From Insurance Sales Background.
